If you are unable to make an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. This way the valuable appointment time can be rebooked by someone else or a dental emergency(pt in pain) can be booked in..
We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment.
Appointments unfilled due to patients failing to attend or giving short notice of cancellation cost the practice in lost revenue. In order to help prevent unnecessary fee rises due to this, we have a strict policy of charging for failed appointments and short notice cancellations.
This fee may be removed from your next bill if it is felt that there was a valid unavoidable reason for cancellation at short notice
