Patient Story – Kevin Rowe

Kevin Rowe, a retired police officer, has been a loyal patient at Smile n Shine Dental Practice, regularly attending his check-ups and hygiene appointments. With consistently healthy teeth, he never needed any treatment—until one day, a back tooth unexpectedly broke, leaving him in pain.

Naturally anxious about dental procedures, Kevin requested to have a root canal and crown carried out under sedation, and we were happy to support him.

What made this moment even more special is that Kevin was our very first sedation patient at the practice, marking an important milestone for us as well.

The treatment went smoothly, and Kevin described it as completely painless and incredibly calming. He felt totally at ease—“chilled out,” in his own words.

Since then, Kevin prefers all his treatments under sedation, knowing he can receive the care he needs in comfort and without stress.
